Delivery Information & Charges
Royal Mail/Interlink Express:
FREE ON ALL ORDERS (Standard) - 
2nd Class Royal Mail 
Upgrade to - 1st Class Royal Mail + £1.75 
Upgrade to - UK Next Working Day + £4.95  
European Orders £10.00 (Maximum 2kg)
 
Any UK Next Working Day order(s) outside Mainland UK, but part of the UK and over 2kg will be down graded to 1st class Royal Mail.

Our standard delivery is via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. 
All deliveries have to be signed for.  Orders under £20 in value, excluding any delivery charge, may be sent as un-recorded to facilitate your receipt.

Next Working Day (NOT SATURDAYS) - 3.45pm  (Monday - Friday)

Courier Service:
Interlink Express Next Working Day (Saturday delivery is not available) + £6.95

NB Some remote areas - delivery is 48 hours, information available on request. 
Courier service is only available on Mainland UK. 


EU Deliveries
EU Countries we deliver to: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Republic of Ireland, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Hungary, Italy, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland + Cyprus - up to 2kg.

We will not deliver to any other counties that are not in the above list.  For large weighted orders (over 2gk), an additional delivery charge may apply and will be quoted prior to order dispatched, if applicable. 

Any charges for receipt of goods, taxes or otherwise are payable by the receiver of the goods.

 

Address Responsibility
Please be aware that we cannot be held responsible for orders being delayed or lost by incorrect address information supplied by you during the checkout process.

If your order requires to be addressed to an alternative person, other than you, please e-mail us immediately, ensuring we are advised of this PRIOR TO DISPATCH.

Royal Mail Service Failure 
In the event that Royal Mail fails to deliver any order that has a 'premium paid service' of UK Saturday Guaranteed (barring any Saturday delivery exclusion orders) - please notify us immediately.  Upon Royal Mail's confirmation of 'failed service'  (which can take up to 15 working days), we shall apply a refund back to your original payment method of the difference between 1st class delivery and the 'paid premium service' .  

NB There is no compensation for failure of Next Working Day Service. If delivery fails, it will be delivered the following day, weather permitting.

 

Heavy Orders, Higher Value Orders & Courier Deliveries
Heavier postal items or orders with a value of greater than £75.00 may be dispatched by Parcel Courier.  Delivery on these items are normally 24 - 48 hours from date of dispatch, noting that a signature will still be required for acceptance.  All courier deliveries are made on 'Working Days', i.e. Monday to Friday inclusive.  Interlink Express does not offer 'Next Working Day' on some remote parts of UK, therefore, please allow 2 working days.

Heavy items being delivered to N.Ireland, Scottish Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles or Isle of Wight are sent via Royal Mail Standard Parcels, therefore, please allow up to 5 working days for receipt.

Failed Deliveries
Non-deliveries can generally be collected from the Royal Mail Sorting Depot.  However, if an order is returned to us from the Royal Mail/Courier for non-collection, a charge of £4.95 will be made for a UK re-delivery (£10 for an International re-delivery).  Royal Mail will generally only keep a non-delivered item for 7 days.  After this, it will be returned to us, which can take up to a further 7 days for us to receive. Our Couriers will ONLY hold a parcel for up to 5 days prior to returning it to us.


Lost/Delayed Orders 
In the unlikely event that your goods do not arrive to you within 10 working days from our dispatch confirmation to you, please e-mail us quoting your name, delivery address and original receipt number.  If after 15 working days your goods have still not arrived to you and were sent via the Royal Mail Recorded Delivery system, we can lodge a complaint and file a claim for lost goods.  If the goods are confirmed by the Royal Mail as undelivered/lost, we can either refund fully the original charge, including postage if applicable, or replace and re-send your order, noting, this can only be exercised after receiving confirmation from the Royal Mail's investigation. 

 

Discreet Delivery
All deliveries are sent in discreet and plain packaging.  The invoice documentation will also be inside the packaging, which offers you confidentiality at the highest level. No values show on this document. The sender's information on all orders will ONLY show - Harfer Ltd, PO Box 955, Peterborough PE2 2DR.  NO OTHER INFORMATION IS SHOWN.
